Silver Pomfret (Pampus Argenteus) or in Indonesia known as
Bawal Putih is one of the most favourite fish for Chinese. It
is delicious when it is steamed with a little wine added. The maximum
length of this fish is 30 cm, however the common size is 15 - 20 cm.
