Black Pomfret (Formio niger) or in Indonesia known as
Bawal Hitam is one of the most favourite fish in Indonesia and
Singapore market. It is delicious when it is fried. The maximum length of
this fish is 30 cm, however the common size is 20 - 25 cm. The most common
asked fish is the fish with weight between 250 - 700 gr/pcs.
